Chapter 26 of 30 · 1 min read

Summer Day Camp Marketing and Booking Page

Show parents the ages, dates, hours, location, total price, care arrangements and cancellation details. Show children what they can look forward to. Use clear, honest examples of the day rather than promises your team cannot support.

A useful camp page answers practical questions quickly. Show the actual age band, dates, hours, address, total price, daily shape, food arrangements, staff approach, access contact, and cancellation information.

Use real photos only with appropriate permission. Do not show another camp's pool if your program does not include swimming. Do not publish a live location trail of children.

Describe the experience in plain words: “Small-group games, art, outdoor discovery, and a calm choice each afternoon” is clearer than “a transformative holistic adventure.”

Build trust through school and community relationships, open information sessions, clear replies, and visible preparation. Ask permission before using a school's name or sending promotional material through it.

Track where bookings come from. A simple source field can help: school notice, friend, local search, community partner, or paid advertisement. Do not rely on clicks alone. A page visit does not pay for a staff shift.

Do not use false scarcity. “Only two places left” should reflect the correct date and age band. A full older group does not mean the younger group is full.

Do this next: Publish one clear page for each genuinely different program rather than many nearly identical pages.
