Can parents register more than one child?
Yes. Parents can keep their children in one family account and add more than one camper to a booking. Each camper keeps their own details, forms and registration.
How do deposits and balances work?
Choose the deposit and when the rest is due. With automatic collection set up, Bookify can charge the saved card for the remaining balance. Your billing view shows payments and anything that still needs attention.
Where do health forms and waivers go?
Choose the forms your camp needs and keep them with each registration. Your team can see which forms are still missing and follow up before camp starts.
Is Bookify just for summer camps?
No. Bookify is built for day camps, sports, ski, arts, overnight, adult, science, outdoor, family and community camps. Each camp type has its own guide and demo, so you can explore an example that feels like your camp.
Can I try it before I sign up?
Yes. Open a camp demo to explore the booking page, camp dashboard and a family or participant account with sample records. When you want to build your own camp, start a free 14-day setup trial.
Are the camp guides and tools free?
Yes. The guides, worksheets and 10 planning tools are free to use. You can use them whether you run your camp with Bookify, another system or a notebook.
What happens after my free trial?
Choose a plan to keep working and open registration. Plans start at $250 USD per month and include unlimited staff and support. If you do not choose a plan, your saved work stays here and you can still sign in to read your records and manage billing.
