Running a camp takes care and a lot of work. We want to make the planning a little easier.
A good camp starts with care.
Some camps are full of games in the woods. Others bring people together to ski, make art, or learn a new skill. Each one takes a team and a good plan.
Bookify Camps is here to help with that plan. We share guides, lists, and ideas for camp leaders, families, and adult campers.

How we check our work
Make it useful
Each page should help you answer a question or take a step. We suggest Bookify when it fits the job.
Say what is real
We label made-up camp plans as examples. We check facts and ask before sharing a person’s story. We do not make up reviews or experts.
Ask the right people
Some topics need a trained expert. We record who checked a guide, when they checked it and which parts they reviewed. A publishing credit is not an expert review.
Be clear about drafts
We used AI to help write the first drafts. People still need to check them. Pages show what has been checked. A page can be public while specialist review is still pending.
Fit the camp
A ski camp needs a different plan from a day camp. We want our guides to fit the place, the people, and the things they will do.
Keep getting better
If we get something wrong or leave out a step, we want to hear about it. Clear advice starts with listening.
Who makes these guides?
Bookify Camps
Publisher and guide maintainer. Bookify publishes these planning guides and builds software for bookings, payments and camp administration. This publishing role is not a claim of camp-operation or specialist credentials.
These guides began with AI-assisted manuscripts supplied to Bookify. Bookify arranged them into chapters, added short answers and connected them to planning tools and worksheets.
Specialist review has not yet been recorded. Named reviewers and the parts they checked will appear here when that work is complete.
Learning from real camps
Budget and operating examples are made up to explain a method. They are not customer results, price quotes or evidence that a plan is safe for a particular camp.
For a real camp story, we need the person's name and role, the camp and dates, what happened, a source we can check and permission to share it. We explain the setting and limits so one camp's result does not become a promise for every camp.
To help review a guide, tell us which camp type you know, your role and which chapters you can check. We only add a review credit after that work is complete.
Corrections and updates
Send us the page link, the part that needs changing and a source or example that helps explain it. We check the issue, update the page and record the date when the advice changes. Small spelling fixes do not make an old guide new.
