Ski and Snowboard Camp Capacity by Sport and Skill Level
Count sellable places by date, sport and ability stream. Check instructors, suitable terrain, rentals and off-snow care for each booking. Empty places overall do not mean you can safely accept more learners in every group.
Inventory means what you still have available to sell. A mountain camp needs more than one number.
Suppose you have room for eighteen people overall. That does not mean you can accept eighteen first-time snowboarders. You also need the right instructors, beginner terrain, rental sizes, lift access, and off-snow care.
Track places by date, sport, ability stream, and any special support that changes staffing. Keep rental inventory separate from lesson inventory. A place is not complete until every required part is available.
A fictional plan might have three groups of six. This is only a teaching example. The real limit must be approved for the age, skill, terrain, lift use, local rules, insurer, resort, and instructor scope. Some groups may need fewer people or extra staff.
Do not count a base-area manager as an on-slope instructor while that person is checking arrivals. Do not count a driver as a relief worker while the driver is away with the vehicle.
Leave space for safe regrouping. Selling every place in every stream may make it impossible to move a misplaced participant. Decide how you will handle this before the first lesson.
Your task: Make a booking grid with separate limits for each stream and each shared resource.
