Ski and Snowboard Camp Daily Schedule and Teaching Time

Allow time for fitting, lifts, meals, movement, care and equipment returns. Explain camp hours separately from planned coaching blocks. Build extra fitting time into day one and enough return time into the final day.

Do not market six hours of coaching when fitting, lunch, lifts, care, and breaks take part of the day. Explain “camp hours” and “planned teaching blocks” separately.

Here is a fictional day. The resort and teaching lead must adapt it to real conditions.

Time What happens
8:15–8:45 Recorded arrival, health updates, equipment check
8:45–9:30 Rental fitting and group placement
9:30–10:30 First teaching block on approved terrain
10:30–11:00 Warm break, toilet support, regrouping
11:00–12:00 Second teaching block
12:00–1:00 Supervised lunch and rest
1:00–2:00 Third teaching block, adjusted for fatigue
2:00–2:30 Warm break and condition check
2:30–3:00 Short practice or earlier finish if needed
3:00–3:45 Gear return, personal update, authorized pickup
After pickup Incident review, equipment check, next-day planning

Day one may need more fitting time. A final day may need more return time. Neither should be hidden from customers.

Name the worker who supports someone who stops after lunch. The instructor should not have to abandon the rest of the group. Record the handover, location, and responsible adult.

Your task: Walk the schedule with a clock. Include actual travel between the base and each activity.
