Idea 1 · 10 minutes indoors
Keep a snow-day skill journal
What you need: Notebook and pencil.
- After the lesson, ask everyone to name one thing they tried.
- Draw or write a tip their instructor gave them.
- Choose one question to ask at the next lesson.
Idea 2 · 15 minutes indoors
Build a resort meeting-point map
What you need: Resort map and markers.
- Use the resort's current map with a trip leader.
- Mark the group's meeting place, rental desk and warm lunch spot.
- Practise explaining how to find the meeting place. This is a group activity, not permission to explore alone.
Choose and adapt activities with your camp's leader. Check the space, ages, access needs and supervision before you begin.
