Ski and Snowboard Camp End-of-Season Review and Growth
Reconcile supplier bills, payroll, rentals, refunds and credits before closing the season. Review equipment and the tasks that depended on one person. Fix those weaknesses before adding dates, places or another mountain.
The end of snow season is not the end of the work. Reconcile supplier bills, refunds, deposits, payroll, and rental returns. Confirm that promised credits are recorded and usable under their terms.
Review equipment with qualified providers. Store radios, signs, clothing, and records properly. Set a replacement allowance rather than treating worn gear as next year's problem.
Ask whether the business worked without the owner constantly rescuing it. Record the tasks that depended on one person. Train another person or simplify the offer before adding dates.
Growth might mean another beginner week, not another mountain. A second resort adds new terrain, contracts, suppliers, transport, and emergency arrangements. Treat it as a new operating site.
Do not assume summer cash can cover every winter obligation. Keep seasonal reserves and a calendar of renewal dates. Check insurance and supplier contracts before accepting the next year's bookings.
Your task: Choose one improvement in teaching, one in care, and one in cash before selling a larger season.
