Ski and Snowboard Camp Pricing Lift Passes, Rentals and Packages
State exactly which lift access, teaching, rentals, meals and care the fee includes. Price own-pass and own-gear options using costs you truly avoid. Check supplier terms and accounting treatment before promising discounts or refunds.
Show exactly what the price includes. State the number of camp days, teaching arrangement, lift product, rentals, meals, and care hours. Explain which items are supplied by the resort and which are supplied by you.
For a participant who already has a pass or gear, offer a clearly defined option only when supplier terms allow it. Do not subtract the full retail price of a pass if you only avoid a smaller contracted cost. Explain your pricing without pretending it is a direct refund of every supplier item.
Ask your accountant who is selling each part of a package. Collecting money on behalf of a resort may be different from selling the whole package yourself. The answer can affect contracts, tax, refunds, and records. Do not decide this from the label on a checkout button.
List optional costs before payment: transport, extra care, lodging, equipment upgrades, or extra meals. Show the full required price in the way local law requires.
Set a change deadline for sizes, dates, and participants. Explain which changes need fresh placement or supplier approval. A sibling cannot simply use another child's spot if the age, ability, gear, or care needs differ.
Your task: Write one sample customer invoice and check that it matches your supplier invoices.
