A residential ski camp combines mountain operations with overnight care. The lodging contract alone does not create a residential program.
Use the Overnight Camp guide for night staffing, sleeping arrangements, health cover, food, fire safety, visitors, and care away from home. For adults, also use the Adult Camp guide. For whole households, use the Family Camp guide.
Book rooms only after you know who may share, who needs privacy or access support, and where staff will sleep. Do not use every bed for paying guests if the plan needs staff, emergency space, or other reserved rooms.
Explain travel days clearly. Is the first evening a camp activity or only hotel arrival? Who is responsible for minors before check-in? Who stays with a child whose family is late at the end?
Arrange drying and storage with the property. Wet equipment in sleeping areas can create damage, trip hazards, and poor comfort. Agree on laundry, missing keys, and quiet hours.
Do not assume hotel workers supervise campers. Name the camp worker responsible during meals, free time, and every night period. Check local employment rules for overnight and on-call work.
