Family Camp Booking Changes and Cancellation Terms

Explain what happens when people, dates, rooms or activities change within a family booking. Recheck care and meal capacity as well as price. Have terms reviewed so illness, cancellations and operator changes are handled clearly and fairly.

Family bookings change. Someone becomes ill, a grandparent joins, a child needs a different activity, or one adult cannot attend. Define how these changes are handled.

Explain accommodation capacity, age-band prices, included childcare, optional sessions, meals, and required adult arrangements. State how a change affects the total and what needs approval.

Do not allow an unrecorded replacement adult to take over a booking involving children without checking authorization and relevant information.

Write fair rules for cancellation, partial household cancellation, low enrollment, closure, program changes, and refunds. Have them reviewed for the applicable law.

Explain whether the room fee remains when fewer people attend and why. Avoid revealing minimum charges after a family asks to remove one person.

Keep infant, access, dietary, and support discussions linked to the booking without making private details visible to every staff member.

Your task: Test the terms against one adult cancelling, a baby joining, a room no longer being suitable, and the camp cancelling the whole weekend.
