Family Camp Household Pricing and Fees

Choose a clear pricing model for accommodation and individual guests, then test it against real costs. Explain what each household fee includes and which services cost extra. Avoid assuming every booking brings the same number or ages of people.

A useful model can separate a room or household fee from per-person fees. Another can price each accommodation package directly. Choose a model customers can understand and the business can sustain.

Explain why age bands exist where you use them. They may reflect meals, activities, or care costs, but a younger child is not always cheaper to serve. Infant and toddler care can require extra resources.

Do not treat “children stay free” as “children use no capacity.” Count their occupancy, supplies, and care needs even if the marketing price is zero.

Show examples for different households. A one-adult family should not have to calculate its price from a two-adult promotion. Avoid automatic extra charges that penalize a household shape without a clear cost reason and legal review.

List optional extras, such as private accommodation, specialist activities, transfers, or additional childcare. Do not sell a family package that quietly requires several extra payments to enjoy the advertised day.

Your task: Price at least four household combinations and explain the total in one sentence for each.
