Define what a household will enjoy together and what services make the trip easier. Explain accommodation, meals, activities and care as a complete offer. Design for different family groups rather than assuming every booking has the same adults and children.
A family camp is a shared trip for a household or family group. It can include parents, guardians, children, grandparents, siblings, or other agreed caregivers. Do not design the whole business around one picture of a family.
Choose the main promise. It might be an easy first camping trip, a creative weekend together, outdoor play with some parent rest, or a multigenerational holiday with gentle activities.
Explain the balance between together time and separate time. A camp that promises parents a break needs real, lawful, adequately staffed childcare. A camp where adults remain responsible should say so clearly.
Do not promise that a weekend will repair family relationships or solve parenting problems. A good shared experience is valuable without a therapeutic claim.
Name the format: day visit, weekend, week-long stay, cabin camp, or another clear model. Add the Overnight guide for residential site operations and the relevant activity guides for specialist programs.
Your task: Write what adults gain, what children gain, and what the family does together. Then state who is responsible for children during each part.
