Science and Coding Camp Device Reset and Session Review
Finish project delivery, reconcile costs and review equipment before resetting accounts and devices. Follow the agreed data-retention plan and log faults. Use learner feedback and real support time to improve the next camp.
After each session, reconcile bookings, costs, refunds, and equipment. Complete promised project delivery before deleting working copies under the retention plan.
Reset devices, remove unneeded accounts and data, inspect kits, charge equipment, and record faults. Verify the reset rather than assuming it happened.
Review teaching outcomes. Could learners explain their projects? Where did they need too much help? Which instructions were unclear? Which extensions actually added learning?
Track support requests, device failures, waiting time, material use, and staff preparation hours. These show where the next budget or lesson needs to change.
Review safety and privacy incidents with the appropriate people. Follow any applicable reporting duties and complete corrective actions. Do not hide a data issue because no parent has asked yet.
Grow only after the technical and teaching systems are repeatable. Adding another platform can multiply support work. A stronger version of one course may be better than five fragile new topics.
Your task: Close the session with a clean equipment inventory, completed data tasks, and three specific improvements.
