The main idea
Ask someone new to your camp to try the whole sign-up process. Find the unclear parts before families use it.
Part 1
Before someone books
- Show dates, hours, place, and age group
- Say what the price covers
- Explain extras and when to pay
- Show the rules for changes or cancellations
- Give people a way to ask for help
Part 2
When someone signs up
- Use clear names for each camp or week
- Only ask for the details you need
- Show the total price before payment
- Test with made-up camper details
Part 3
After a place is booked
- Send a clear booking note
- Say what details are still needed
- Tell campers when the first-day note will arrive
- Explain how to ask a question or change a booking
