Sample camp
A three-day ski camp for adults
A sample weekend of ski lessons and time together off the slopes.
We are still checking this guide. It is a draft. How we check our work

The main idea
This is a made-up example. Work with trained ski teachers and the resort to make a plan for your group.
Part 1
The idea
Give adults time to learn, practise, and meet people. Say who the camp is for, who teaches it, and what the price covers.
Make social time a choice. Some people may want quiet time after skiing.
Part 2
The three days
Swipe across the table to see more.
| When | The plan | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Before camp | Send joining details and sort out gear | Lift passes, rooms, rentals, and meeting points |
| Day one | Meet the group and start lessons | Teachers check skills and choose groups |
| Day two | Learn, practise, and spend time together | Weather and any changes to the plan |
| Day three | Practise again, look back, and go home | Return gear and check travel plans |
Part 3
Show what the price covers
List rooms, meals, lift passes, gear, lessons, and travel. For each one, say if it is included, costs extra, or is booked by the camper.
Keep the real booking terms beside the offer.
Part 4
Welcome people who come alone
Give campers a person to meet and a clear first step. Explain shared and private rooms before they book.
Plan with the resort for changes in weather. Decide how you will tell the group.
