Faith and Community Camp Daily Schedule and Weekly Program

Build a steady day of learning, play, food, rest and clear handovers. Adapt the sample schedule to the stated tradition or community purpose and ages. Show optional practices and staff responsibilities so the daily plan is clear to everyone.

Here is a fictional day-camp structure. Adapt content to the stated tradition or community purpose and the participants' ages.

Time Plan
8:30–9:00 Recorded arrival and quiet choices
9:00–9:20 Welcome, practical day plan, disclosed reflection or theme
9:20–10:20 Creative or skill activity
10:20–10:45 Snack, water, toilets, movement
10:45–12:00 Group project, story, discussion, or approved activity
12:00–1:00 Lunch and supervised relaxed time
1:00–2:00 Service learning or another main activity
2:00–2:30 Break and choice
2:30–3:15 Finish work, games, or age-appropriate reflection
3:15–3:45 Pack, individual updates, authorized pickup

A five-day theme could move through welcome, cooperation, care, useful service, and celebration. These are original planning examples, not a prescribed religious curriculum.

Where a practice is optional, put the alternative and its staff on the same schedule. Do not leave it as an afterthought.

Your task: Check that the day includes enough play, rest, and ordinary care, not only formal teaching.
