A few things worth knowing
How does the conflict checker work?
It checks the constraints you enter: overlapping groups and staff, exclusive spaces, combined room occupancy, equipment demand, availability, qualification dates, and setup, cleanup, and directional travel time. For example, groups of 12 and 10 in a room with capacity 20 create a blocking 22-person occupancy issue. Missing evidence is marked for review. The tool cannot verify your actual facilities, policies, or staffing decisions.
Can I share a schedule with participants?
Yes. Choose Participant in the export preview. Only participant-facing blocks and public notes are included. Staff notes and qualification evidence are excluded. Review public text before sharing. The JSON project is a private backup and includes all source data.
Where is my work saved?
Work stays in memory until you choose device saving or download a project. Device saving uses this browser’s local storage and is not suitable for sensitive data or shared computers. Clear it from the Project menu. No schedule data is uploaded to Bookify.
Can I import this into my Bookify account?
Direct account import is not available in this version. Download the JSON source to keep every field and revision. Generating or exporting a plan never creates bookings or publishes a live camp session.
Can I plan a rainy day or a staff absence?
Save a scenario snapshot, then create an alternative. You can replace activities with their chosen fallback or edit any block. Compare the changes and export a participant-facing change summary. Scenarios are planning assumptions, not live weather forecasts.
