Make your plan
Check the playing surface, toilets, drinking water, shade and access. Ask which areas your booking includes and whether other groups will share them.
List the gear for each group: balls, cones, bibs and sport-specific equipment. Agree who checks it, sets it up and puts it away.
Plan for a closed pitch or bad weather. Confirm an indoor option, a change of activity or how you will tell families if camp cannot run.
