A refundable deposit affects cash required, but it is not added to the known nonrefundable cost. Unknown amounts remain unknown. Mark an included meal or equipment line as “Included in package” to avoid adding it twice. Scheduled payments describe timing; they are not extra expenses.

A 90/100 score based on one rated preference is not a complete evaluation. The weighted score uses the rated criteria; rating coverage shows how much was answered, and evidence coverage shows how much has current dated sources. All mandatory gates, complete selected costs and a current quote are required before choosing a preferred option.

The fictional Willowbrook quote has $3,000 rent and $150 cleaning: $3,150 in known expense. Its $500 refundable deposit makes cash required $3,650 if everything is due at once. Cedar Lake has an unknown cleaning charge and partial evidence. Meadow House has excellent preference ratings but only 20 indoor places for 28 occupants, so it cannot be the preferred option.
