Choose your sport and age group

A good sports camp gives every player a chance to try, learn and feel part of the team. Pick who you want to help before you fill the week with drills.

Make your plan

  1. Choose one sport or a small mix. Name the skills you will teach, such as passing, balance or working with a teammate.

  2. Set the age range and starting level. A first-time player needs a different pace from someone who trains each week.

  3. Decide what a good last day looks like. It might be a friendly game where everyone gets to use a new skill.

Picture it

A simple example

A beginner football camp for ages 8 to 11 could focus on passing, moving into space and fair play. You can build each day around one of those skills.

Your next step

Put your choices into a plan you can change and share with your team.
