Make your plan
List costs you pay even if fewer players book: venue hire, equipment, insurance and planning time.
Add costs that grow with each player, such as shirts, snacks and booking fees. Include coach time before and after sessions.
Try a small group as well as a full group in your budget. Decide what you will do if too few people book.
