Staff should provide only care within their training and authority. Do not improvise diagnosis, medication, or treatment because the event is marketed as wellness.
For specialist activities, use the relevant qualified provider's emergency plan and connect it to the wider camp plan. An activity waiver does not create a rescue service.
Record facts and actions after immediate needs are addressed. Keep private information out of group chats and promotional channels.
