A LITTLE HELP GETTING READY
From “what do I bring?”
to “all packed.”
Built for camp organizers, adult participants, and families. Start with useful suggestions and finish with a list that fits your actual camp.
- 01
Set the scene
Choose activities, days, nights and accommodation. For a three-day ski weekend with two hotel nights, mark towels and bedding provided and ski equipment as rental.
- 02
Make the details yours
Check quantities and instructions with the operator. A family needs one shared copy of arrival details, but each participant needs their own clothing.
- 03
Give everyone a clear list
Export a clean operator copy or a personal checklist. Use large print for easier reading and Word for further editing.
A few things worth knowing
How are quantities worked out?
Day camps begin with one spare change to replenish daily. Overnight clothing starts at one per day; confirmed laundry access caps that suggestion at four days between washes. Nights are entered separately. Every generated item explains its rule when you open it, and your quantity overrides survive changes.
What is required, provided, or optional?
Generated items are suggestions. Only an operator's decision makes an item “Camp required.” Provided and prohibited items stay outside packing progress. Rental items have their own arrangement notes. Nothing is purchased or reserved by using this tool.
Is my list private? Can I save it?
Your list stays in your browser tab by default. Optional device saving keeps nonsensitive list details and progress, excluding private notes, contact details and rental URLs. Download a reviewed JSON copy to reopen it later. There are no public sharing links or automatic Bookify imports.
Does it account for weather or specialist requirements?
Expected conditions are your assumptions, not a live forecast. Confirm current weather and the operator's final instructions. Activity suggestions do not certify equipment, fit, safety, or support needs. Follow your prescription and the camp's reviewed medication process; discuss personal support needs privately with the operator.

How to use this tool
- Choose the kind of camp and who the list is for.
- Add or remove items. Mark what camp provides and what should stay home.
- Preview the checklist, then save or print it for campers.
A simple example
A booking note can explain that camp ends at 3 p.m. and late care must be booked in advance, instead of leaving families to guess.
Before you use your plan
A sample list cannot cover every trip. Check the weather, planned activities and the camp’s own guidance before packing.
