A few clear steps

Here’s how to do it.

Choose a template
Open Camps and select Add camp. Choose the program you want to run.
Set the dates and places
Enter the start and end dates, participant venue and capacity. Check the price and staff before saving.
Review the weeks
Return to Camps. Search by name or use the view filters, then open the week you want to work on.

Try it with Next Play Sports Camp

Give each Basketball Fundamentals week its own dates at Next Play Sports Centre. The sample camp has three programs, each with three dated runs.

This is a fictional camp with sample people and bookings. Your demo expires after 24 hours.

Open one camp's roster to see its participants, registration status, balances and forms that still need attention.

Follow each registration's balance and payment schedule. The camp's billing view brings charges, aid, payments and refunds together.
